Feedback
We want to improve, and to do so, we need feedback from electricians.
When you complete an installation and transfer the household to the customer, a small feedback form will appear. It only takes 5 seconds, and we greatly appreciate all responses.
Spot Prices
We have also received several questions about why the spot price appears cheaper in our app. This is because we show the spot price excluding VAT, fees, or other surcharges (such as markups and grid tariffs).
This is now indicated in the spot price graph.
Change log
- Added a feedback form for electricians at the end of the installation process.
- Added text to the spot price graph to clarify that it does not include VAT and other fees.
Changes in charging
We have gotten feedback about our Smart Charging Schedule and we have listened. With the update it works like this: When you plug in your car, Power Manager will calculate the cheapest hours from when you plugged in, till your set departure time and only charge these hours.
Earlier we charged in all low price hours from plug in to departure, with no recalculations of the hours. This could lead to charging in hours that were more expensive, since what is considered cheap this evening, could be considered expensive the following night.
Power Manager
We have included some more products in Power Manager. These are:
- Nobø/Glen Dimplex SPC-IZW (Module for panel ovens)
- Nobø/Glen Dimplex SPC-IZB (Module for panel ovens)
- Nobø/Glen Dimplex SWT-IZB (Thermostat)
